Newcastle Film Club's Annual General Meeting is coming up which means we get to choose our next officers and committee members to help lead the club for 2024.

 

We highly recommend you read the Leadership Roles 2024 document to learn how elections work, what the responsibilities are for each role and what to expect if you're voted in!

At the AGM, members will hear from each candidate on why they would like to hold this role and what they would bring to the role. Presentations and examples of work are welcomed but not necessary for candidates to have. Each candidate will get 3 minutes to talk and make their case with a 2 minute Q&A from members.
 

Candidates who are unable to attend the AGM must record a video prior to the meeting for the voting members to watch and consider in place of them being there.
