Filmmaker Q&A Event with Brendan Davis

Join the filmmaking community of the North East as we welcome international filmmaker Brendan Davis to Newcastle. We will be screening Brendan's latest short film 'The Unwinding' (25 minutes), followed by a Q&A with Brendan and ending with a screening of a comedy music video called 'Dirt Track Honeymoon', a proof of concept for a feature film.

Brendan Davis is an American filmmaker and composer based in France, specializing in international productions that bridge cultures and storytelling traditions. His work spans feature films, documentaries, and television, with credits including Deadgirl, Born to Dance, Life With Fiona, and Metamorphosis, which have premiered at Sundance HK, Toronto, Berlin, and other major festivals. He has produced projects in the U.S., China, France, Italy, New Zealand, Canada, and beyond, including the first Hollywood season of long-running Chinese TV hit Jia Pian You Yue (The Best), featuring Stan Lee, Justin Lin, and M. Night Shyamalan.…
